Engineering Design & Prototype:

For new plastic parts, we are care of your development process and be willing to support with our design team. It is quite necessary and helpful to make 3D drawings and SLA prototype for structural testing before fabricating mould.

Plastic Mould & Injection moulding parts:

Consumer electronic case, TPU overmolding parts, ABS Colored enclsoure, intercom casing, toy parts, phone case, headphone precision case, mobile phone protective case, iPhone series TPU case, bird trough part, etc. With 62 High-precision mold machining equipments, 80 experts at mould department. We have five Fanuc high-speed copper machine, three Seiki high-speed CNC, Six Sodick Mirror EDM machine, Two Sodick slow wire-cutting machine.
